Scrooge relaxes. But just then the ghost of Harry Anslinger emerges from the deactivated TV. Harry: Scrooooge McCzaaarrr!!! Scrooge: Wh-who are you? Waht do you want? Harry: Ask me who I was. Scrooge: Who were you, then? Harry: In life, I was your predecessor: Harry Anslinger. America's first drug czar. My portrait hangs over the desk in your office. Scrooge: I really do need to get my head examined. Harry: I am quite real, I assure you. Scrooge: Then what do you want? Harry: I am here to give you a chance and a hope of avoiding my fate. Scrooge: Fate? What fate? Harry: Human beings were meant to do each other good, not harm.
