_Sweek Lestvoh_, in orbit above Sibola, the Jendyne homeworld. A
nearly-finished ship, her construction is being completed in orbit.
She's like the other ships we've seen, but enormous, having ten or a
dozen decks and a mast two or three miles tall. Her upper, open deck
is hundreds of yards in diameter.

Her general design will follow that of H.M.S. _Victory_, her
gilded transom stretched and wrapped around into a cylinder, with the
gun decks stacked below. There's a space elevator, or planetary lift
-- done in 17th or 18th century style -- that fits into the extreme
stern.

She's attended by hundreds of people in space suits, many small
steam-rocket ships with construction arms, and whatever else we can
think of. The general idea to convey her vastness.

Demondion-Echeverria (from out of panel): 'In his zeal to spread his
dismal beliefs, Halliwater has caused a great warship to be
constructed, many times the size and power of any other vessel ... '
