Back in Reggie's office, looking over his shoulder at his desktop viewscreen. In a large window of the screen we see the steaming crater. In a smaller inset window, we see Admiral Harris, smirking.

Harris: Well, King Reginald, you have seen the awesome destructive power I have at my disposal.

Panel 2
Reverse view to show Reggie looking at his screen. Expression is shock turning to anger.

Harris (electronic): I will give you 24 hours – that's Earth hours – to provide proof of your government's surrender.

Harris (2): Now I realize it will take some time to pass word down through your government's chain of command....

Panel 3
Wide panel – Swing around now so we see the viewscreen obliquely on the left, Reggie in side view on the right, Guy across the desk in the middle. Guy looks shocked. Reggie looks like he's holding back rage.

Harris (from screen): So I will give you 24 hours – that's Earth hours – to provide suitable proof of your government's surrender and submission to my authority, and to present yourself before me for arrest, trial and punishment.
