Wide panel, the golf cart is now merged with other fast-moving traffic. A wild variety of other conveyances, including bicycles, tricycles, quads, and six-wheelers. Even roller-skates. If room permits show pedestrians glide-walking along slightly elevated (half-meter) side-walks. Guy is leaning over to Fiorella to whisper at her.

Guy (whisper): How could the government give a child a drivers license?
