(rises, is robed by the slaves)
How goes the war?
ODYSSEUS
(puzzled)
Same as always, we kill one of theirs, they kill one of ours, repeat.
AGAMEMNON
A decade of it gets a bit wearing, doesn’t it? By the way, I have something of yours.
ODYSSEUS
Hmm?
(Agamemnon pulls a sheet aside, reveals Achilles’ golden armor, in a head)
That’s Achilles’.
AGAMEMNON
It’s yours now. Damn brat was too stupid to stay alive, he’s got no right to be buried with it. Invincible my ass.
ODYSSEUS
You should give it to Ajax. They were cousins, and he did do most of the work getting the body back.
