One Dollar Sale Continues!

$1 Books Plus Shipping!

Hard to believe it, but Big Head Press published it's first novel, over 20 years ago. To commemorate our stubborn longevity, we continue to stubbornly offer each of our non serialized graphic novel stories for just one mere American dollar (plus shipping). Start your holiday shopping early and light up some body's mind with one or more of these titles.

Offer only available in the United States.

Kickstarter Success!

The Not-Safe-Space 2 Kickstarter Campaign has ended successfully. Thanks to all who pledged!

Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.

All of this should show up in June.

The Transcript For This Page

Panel 1
Re-establish the scene on the patio. Bert and Ernie are now standing, with Mac next to Bert and Nisa next to Ernie. Tobi is still seated.

Tobi: I really hate to do this, but I need you to raise your hands and make no sudden movements as the girls remove your personal weapons.

Panel 2
Closer in on the brothers and the two women, as Mac removes Bert's gun from his belt-pack and Nisa removes Ernie's gun from his thigh rig.

Tobi (OP): I really, really apologize, but as they say in the intelligence business, 'there are no coincidences.'

Panel 3
Medium c/u on Tobi, looking dour.

Tobi: Only a handful of people know the location of The Little Prince, yet just when you two show up, so does someone who was evidently intent on killing me.

Panel 4
Medium c/u on Ernie, with Nisa standing nearby, looking wary. Ernie is holding up his hand, palm forward.
Ernie: Disarming free men is no small thing, but if I were in your shoes, I'd do likewise.
Ernie: At least until I found out what was going on.

Panel 5
Medium c/u on Bert, with Mac standing close by, looking wary.

Bert: It's obvious this assassin followed us here.

Bert (2): And if I had to guess, I'd say he's probably the one who killed your man, Smyth.

Panel 6
Medium shot of Tobi, looking downcast. A tear is falling down one cheek.

Tobi: I keep rolling it around in my head whether or not I am partially to blame for Alex's death.

Tobi (2): I mean, there have been previous death threats and even attempts.

Panel 7
In the foreground right, we see a mostly side-view of Tobi, tear continuing its fall down his cheek. In the background we can see the brothers and the women, looking sorry for him.

Tobi: Maybe I should have done more – should be doing more – to protect my people ...
