Not-Safe.Space Kickstarter!

UPDATE to the UPDATE: The problem has been solved, all rewards are now available. I've extended the campaign an extra day, to April 21. Thanks for bearing with me!

UPDATE: There has been some strange glitch in the Kickstarter launch, so Scott is cancelling the campaign temporarily and will re-start as soon the cause of the problem can be determined and corrected.

Scott is gearing-up for his third Not-Safe.Space Kickstarter campaign!

(Not-Safe.Space is Scott's sexy spin-off of QUANTUM VIBE.)

For those of you who haven't signed up for one of the NSFW Patreon tiers, this will be the best way to get in on the action for a very reasonable price.

Go to THIS link. The campaign starts March 16 and runs through April 20.

The Transcript For This Page

Panel 1
Establishing shot, Dr. Peña's office. Reggie and Ken Nightingale are seated across Dr. Peña's desk, facing Dr. Peña. The doctor has just stood up, palms on his desk, raging at Reggie. Ken has a palm raised towards Peña, in a calming gesture.

Peña: Now that is pure poppycock! Are you trying to insult our intelligence?

Nightingale: Dr. Peña, please! Hear him out!

Nightingale: I've known Reggie for years, and he's not disposed to uttering wild exaggeration.

Panel 2
Medium close-up on Ken, who is having an 'on second thought' moment.

Nightingale: Okay, except when he's acting.

Nightingale: Sorry, Reg, you do tend to chew the scenery.

Panel 3
Medium shot of Reggie, leaning forward in his seat (towards Peña), elbows braced on knees and hands clasped together in front.

Reggie: Know what a 'sibyl' is?

Reggie: The word is Latin from the Greek, Sibylla, a prophetess or seer.

Panel 4
This panel illustrates what Reggie is saying. You might do some effect on the panel border to indicate this. Establishing shot of the actual temple complex ruins at Delphi. Show a younger version of Reggie walking through the ruins.

Caption (Reggie): 'Back in the day, I actually visited the temple complex at Delphi.

Caption (Reggie): 'I returned there – in a very real fantasy – yesterday.

Caption (Reggie): 'Everything fell into place.'

Panel 5
Inside the Temple, like we saw in Reggie's fantasy, but real this time, one of the actual priestesses is sitting on her stool above the hole with the fumes pouring out, babbling her fool head off. Two either side are temple priests listening intently.

Caption (Reggie): 'At Delphi, Sibyl would sit above a hole in the earth, go into a trance-like state and utter riddles – more like nonsense probably.

Caption (Reggie): 'Temple Priests would then 'interpret' these riddles and make predictions based on them.'
Panel 6
Smallish panel, close shot of Reggie pausing in his monologue to look at Dr. Peña.

No caption.

Panel 7
Smallish panel, close shot of Dr. Peña, looking exasperated.

No caption.

Panel 8
Two shot of Reggie and Ken, Ken reacting in bewilderment to what Reggie is saying.

Reggie: Methane came out of that hole in the earth.

Reggie: It intoxicated Sibyl, causing her to see things, hear things and babble incoherently.

Reggie: The same thing is happening at the Polar Array.
