Guy: Back on Terra, there is a great deal of confusion as to the nature of Ceres' government.

Ernie: It’s really quite simple.

Bert: Ceres is governed by a monarch.

Ernie: King Reginald the First.

Guy: A monarchy! In this day and age.

Fiorella: How, er, was this monarchy established?

Bert: Well, this was a little before our time, but

Ernie: When the first settlers came to establish themselves on Ceres, they found Reginald already here.

Ernie: So everyone called him Reginald the First, and he’s been King ever since.
