Reggie: We are somewhat bewildered. Our understanding is that your government is the United World, not the United Worlds.

Looking up past Babbette, trying her best to look officious, toward Reggie.

Reggie: Ceres is already a united world, in and of itself – albeit a somewhat smaller one than your Terra.

Guy: True, Your Majesty, but we are all children of Mother Terra.

Guy (2): We believe it would be unfair to the people of both Ceres and Terra to make such a … er … geographic – if that’s the right word – distinction.

Guy (3): In any case, the revised Moon Treaty gives the UW authority over Ceres.
