Now we get to wait 2 weeks while Kickstarter transmits the funds, and Scott can order the books, and send surveys to backers to get current e-mail addresses for the .PDF versions and mailing addresses for the physical books.

Reggie and Babbette still in bed together, but the warn afterglow is gone. Babbette has Reggie's complete attention. Babbette is looking into space, as if looking into the past at a memory.
Caption: Carlos Ernesto Guzmán was Babbette's deceased husband. At the mention of his name, Reggie's post-coital reverie evaporated.
Babbette: When Carlos was killed, I thought I just wanted to lie down and die.
