Phoebus spreads his hands. Demondion-Echeverria is grinning.

Krumm: 'After a fabled queen of Old Earth, he dubbed Lia the 'Virgin
Ceo'.'

PANEL TWO (upper righthand quarter of page)

Memory panel. Two men stand in a rustic pub, looking down at a
cloaked and hooded figure sitting at a crude table. There is a big mug
of some drink on the table before the figure.

Krumm: 'So summons this halfwit does she -- and his publisher -- to
what they're led t'believe will be a midnight rendezvous with a
'whistle-blower' on her staff.'

PANEL THREE (lower lefthand quarter of page)

The two men sit now, opposite the figure. Almost lost in the
darkness behind the figure is another, gigantic one, standing, wearing
a cloak and hood.

Krumm: 'Then she goes herself to the appointed tavern. I tagged along
for safety.'

PANEL FOUR (lower right quarter of page)

The figure is caught in mid-motion as she pulls her hood back to
reveal her face. It's Lia. Behind her, we can now see that the
bodyguard is Krumm.

Krumm: 'In a dark corner of the pub, she reveals her identity to the
astonished men. In that moment they believed they'd be arrested and
disappeared. Certainly, her father would have done. Instead, she tells
'em ... '
